To cultivate students' ability to perform "Yoga Massage" techniques.
5. Course content:
"Yoga Massage" training combines the essences of yoga, exercise regulation, stretching, and rehabilitation. It is a new relaxation option that can provide relief for muscles affected by strain and stiffness. The training emphasizes "observation" and "stretching," which can improve the flexibility of muscles and fascia throughout the body. The course will be conducted through yoga asana practice combined with partner techniques, and is very helpful for relieving tight muscle groups, improving posture, and adjusting body lines to promote health. The program can be adjusted according to participants' different fitness levels.
