This is a newly opened spa in Kaohsiung. Their official website is very finely designed, and the therapists they hired are also good-looking, so I decided to make a booking.
I later booked a therapist through customer service, and everything was normal that morning—customer service even sent a message confirming the appointment for today,

Then nothing happened until the evening (I had arranged with the therapist for 9:00 PM), when a series of problems started. I left around 8:00 PM to head to the appointment; when I was almost at the destination the shop suddenly messaged me saying the therapist had a fever and couldn’t take the appointment. At that moment I thought... my booking was for 9:00 PM,

and you tell me at 8:00 PM that you have a fever—doesn’t that clearly mean you didn’t want to take it? It’s unlikely someone suddenly became unwell just minutes before; the therapist could have informed me earlier but didn’t. The point is I was already on my way and almost there—who is supposed to cover the travel cost and time?

The shop then just apologized and casually suggested other therapists. I chose one of their recommendations, and they replied that he couldn’t do it either.... I honestly have never encountered such a ridiculous shop; apparently opening a spa is this easy now.

This is my real experience. I hope people thinking of going will seriously reconsider.
