On Monday I said I wanted to book Alex for this Sunday; they said they'd make a reservation form for me
They still haven't given it, and said the therapist might suddenly get a full-time job. At first they said they'd confirm on Thursday, then later said to wait until Sunday to confirm
But up to now I still haven't seen the reservation form, and messages on LINE and Twitter haven't been answered
So what should I do tonight — keep waiting?
Has anyone booked at this place and experienced this kind of thing?
Or is there any way to handle it?
