After the therapist I regularly booked was no longer scheduled, I tried booking other therapists at the same shop, but all of them felt very poor.
Maybe it's because of my own condition (I'm quite overweight), but therapists are in the service industry and shouldn't be picking customers like that, and I wouldn't insist on having a specific OOO.
One therapist even directly asked if we could finish early because he wanted to get off work

All of this actually makes me, as a long-time customer, very sad

It may just be my personal experience
