【Ho Chi Minh Dark Experience】3.SOME Spa For Men——After I went in, my gaze was never clean again… Please tap the heart for me

2025-08-11 15:35:53
The first time I walked into 3.SOME Spa For Men, I realized that some kinds of relaxation aren’t just about the muscles.
The moment the door closed, the outside world went quiet. In its place came warm lighting, sweet-smelling essential oils, and a few gazes slowly sweeping over from inside the rooms… that feeling is like a slow-motion movie that locks you into the atmosphere. .... Laid out like that, it sounds poetic — basically a reception on the 1st floor plus a super-sized shrine. XD --- (visible from the outside)

---- When choosing a therapist, too many photos can be distracting; once you pick one you’ll feel like the truth will be revealed -----
The way they let you choose a therapist is fun: you browse photos on an iPod. Although the pictures all look flattering, in my professional judgment they’ve all been retouched — the real person and the photo are probably about 20% different — that part is subjective.
Once you pick, it’s time to wait and open the blind box!!!! ................
Hmm... the photos are edited. And there’s the feel of someone listed as 165cm looking like 175cm in the picture, but I was just there to experience it so I didn’t have high expectations.

Behind the reception is the locker area where you change, lock up valuables, and then go upstairs.
The space is indeed large, but the bathroom is more traditionally designed — I didn’t see the steam room people talk about online.

I didn’t see a VIP private room. The bathroom and the treatment room are on different levels: before the massage you wash away sweat and fatigue, then you go to the room. I was surprised by the door lock — it’s the kind of hardware that deadbolts inward and you push it up to lock it. The bed in the room is very low, about the size of a double bed. The air conditioning is fine; adjust the temperature to what you can tolerate. (The place is reasonably clean.)

The therapists’ techniques are neither rushed nor slow — the pace is just right. You can feel their professionalism and care… and a tiny bit of eagerness to earn extra tips. The usual part starts with you face down, getting a full treatment; when you’re turned over to the front, the real duet begins and I felt like I was in the script. A mischievous tongue turns into a playful little green snake, winding around your body in an S-shape relying on a human body, and then comes the phase where masters clash — you can use your ultimate move or surrender; either choice depends on how you feel in the moment. ........ The rest is up to your imagination!!!!

After it’s over, the therapist will proactively hand you a slip to fill in the tip amount, and you pay at the first-floor reception (cards accepted). The whole process is fairly clear and transparent.

I tip based on how sincerely I felt I was served.
Attached: a photo I took of the reception (I really did go and try it out).

💡 Quick tips:
Courses + tipping rules will be clearly explained at the front desk.
When picking a therapist don’t just rely on photos — the in-person vibe matters more.
If you come to Ho Chi Minh and don’t know where to go, treat it like a little adventure — it’s worth it.

📍 Address: Nguyễn Bỉnh Khiêm Street, District 1 (near Saigon Zoo)
