【New Location Unboxing】Jiaoxi actually has a sauna now?! LGBT-friendly new spot 「YiinY」— a sneak peek!
2025-05-27 13:06:13
📍Location and exterior
YiinY is tucked away in the busy lanes of Jiaoxi, but honestly the location isn't very conspicuous — first-timers might need to put some effort into finding it (it really feels like "for those in the know" XD). It looks like a renovated old hotel; the entrance is low-key but clean.
🛁Overview of the interior
✅On the first floor there's the reception; opening promo: 6 hours NT$400 / 12 hours NT$1000
✅Provides two towels; full-nudity spaces
✅Two hot spring pools; the water isn't too hot, suitable for soaking and relaxing
✅There is an AV room, a beanbag sofa, two TVs, and a beverage machine (they have green tea!)
✅The dark rooms are tucked in the innermost area; some say there are "mechanisms", but it was too dark to notice—maybe it's waiting for a bold you to unlock (lol)
🔦Second-floor dark-area exploration
Almost the entire floor is dark rooms; each offers quite a bit of privacy.
One dark room is maze-like and unlit; explore carefully or you'll bump into walls (it really happens).
There are quite a few "surprise little holes" in the walls—bring your imagination if you're interested.
However, some small details aren't fully ready yet—for example, one room only had a bed base without a mattress, and there were exposed outlets…hopefully they'll fix these later.
🧾Price & competitiveness?
I entered yesterday around 6:40 PM; the charge was 400元. Compared to Taipei's soi, XL, 漢士, the price is on the higher side of mid-range, but since it's a new venue plus a hot spring area, it has its uniqueness.
🧭Summary: Worth going?
If you're from Yilan, this place is like manna from heaven—you don't have to travel up north anymore~
If you're a tourist coming to Jiaoxi for hot springs and staying at a hotel, consider scheduling an evening to "explore" it.
Overall: the space is a bit compact but not without novelty; looking forward to them improving over time!
🔍Has anyone been there? What do you think they could improve about the facilities? Or did you also discover any "hidden levels" in the dark rooms? Feel free to discuss~
For events and prices, it's recommended to follow the official social channels for the latest information.
