Location is not too hard to find — if you set the address in Grab, the car will drop you off at the door. Strongly recommend booking in advance through their WeChat; their front desk speaks Chinese. I didn’t have a reservation that day and decided to try my luck; the therapists with nicer photos were already booked.
You can request the therapists' photos via the shop's messaging app.
Overall: neither good nor bad. If you're looking for a place to rest, the environment is fairly clean. It's close to the airport, so you can hear planes taking off and landing during the massage. The therapists are polite. Any extra perks depend on whether the therapists bring them up — I didn't encounter anyone who proactively asked for tips. If you have the chance, give it a try!!!! The massage technique is pretty good.
