On my first visit they actually treated $2500 like it was easy money.
They fobbed me off! But I still only gave this therapist $2200 for less than 90 minutes.
They really need to train and improve the therapist's professionalism and attention to detail.
Customer service was also very good at sensing the customer's dissatisfaction!
They understood but didn't offer any reassuring explanation 😒
