A very questionable spa in Ximen.

I had booked in advance to treat myself to a massage and relax on my birthday, and I chose the massage place with the logo image (X焦). Experienced customers should know which one I mean. (EXXS) spa

A long time ago I went to the studio on Huanhe South Road and the therapist I booked was pretty professional — good technique and decent service — so I thought I'd go again, but I didn't expect.......

The therapist's acupressure was just one thumb moving from head to toe, from the body to the feet, and then it was over.

(I thought, will their thumb snap off?)

The oil massage was even worse. I don't know what crappy oil they used — no matter how they tried they couldn't spread it. Throughout the session I only heard the therapist say, "what is this crap oil, it won't spread." I also thought it was pretty lousy oil. After the session I told customer service that this experience was really poor. It's not the therapist's fault; the shop basically didn't teach any techniques to the therapist. The therapist himself isn't bad, it's just that the shop didn't bother to train him. Also the oil they used was super bad. These two hours felt really terrible.

Customer service replied saying they were very sorry my experience was bad, so I thought it was fine, but today I discovered the shop had removed me from their group. That's really awful.

If you dare to charge 3,000 for two hours, then please show the professionalism and service that should come with that. Do you think a customer's money is easy to make?
