To Kuqi Spa's LINE customer service: don't be so rude when doing business.
This has happened several times; I only come to Taichung once in a while
I want to book a massage when I visit, and there are therapists I like
Every time I make a booking the customer service is very rude. Don't you know how to run a business? Do I owe you anything?
For example, last time I asked a therapist if they had body photos — at that time the therapist wasn't yet on the website and was new,
the Line customer service replied "Ask one more question and you'll be blocked",
You have to be careful asking questions when booking with 庫奇's Line customer service — ask more and you'll get snapped at?
Like this time you said a certain therapist could be checked after 18:00,
and finally I asked, "Can I book for 18:00?"
Customer service replied "Do you have a problem with your eyes or your ears? You're so annoying every time you book"
I want to ask: is it not okay for me to ask a few clarifying questions as a customer?
Now my messages are unread and unanswered — they probably blocked me. Fine, I don't need this place,
I want to say, don't be so rude in business,
I'm writing this for many customers to see and also for 庫奇's owner to see,
Many of your therapists have good qualities, but doing business shouldn't be like this,
Whenever I get clear answers I make a booking — I'm not the type who asks a lot and then keeps changing their mind,
What's the point of being this rude? I don't owe you anything. If this continues, I hope your business goes downhill,
My positive impression of this place is entirely because of the therapists; every time I deal with customer service I end up furious,
You owe me an apology
