you need to treat every client who comes as an opportunity with patience
Asking for a photo — whether they send one or not is fine, but the problem is when they read the message and don't reply
Is running a studio really that tough? Even greetings get read and not answered
A word of advice: if you don't care about doing good customer service, don't expect to make money
