A new massage therapist at a northern massage shop ran into a terrible boss who constantly makes therapists do this and that and speaks as if they owe him something. The boss is often not in the shop, and every time he comes he uses the therapists as a punching bag. Do massage shop owners always treat employees like this? I don't want to do it anymore.
