Here's a funny little incident to share!

Once I booked a particular therapist, and the handover/customer service forgot about it! Ten minutes before the appointment! The notification was about to go out, and then they told me they'd forgotten that this therapist had already been booked, and then threw me the names of other therapists to choose from, asking me to pick another one~

I said, that's not necessary!

They replied to me: Don't you like any of them?

I read it and didn't reply

They sent me about 13 question marks ?????????????

What a surreal journey! Hahahahahaha
