The headline is the kind you can read every word of, but when put together leaves you silently staring for three seconds:

Putting truth aside, the narrative logic alone is already shocking.
There's love, mourning, a security check, white-socked gym kids, and even a baffling kind of devotion.
I thought the internet's strange stories couldn't sink any lower, but instead of going down, this one flew straight into the realm of fantasy fiction.
All I can say is: some love stories are romantic, some are terrifying, and some are workplace traumas customs officers can never forget after a shift.
