Recently I went to a massage shop in Taichung that advertises sports massage and booked two different therapists twice.

First, both therapists had no boundaries.
I thought it was okay because they promote sports massage.
I figured that even without boundaries I could at least relax.

But I booked twice with different therapists.
They really didn't know how to massage — it was just superficial, like a dragonfly skimming the water.

After the massage I told customer service that your therapists really don't know how to massage, and they replied in a very official way that they'd ask the therapists to improve.

I then asked if, next time I get a therapist who can't massage, could I leave immediately? He said I'd have to pay a NT$500 travel/transport fee.

I said the therapist was really bad and I would leave immediately and still have to pay NT$500.
If I don't leave and get touched for 100 minutes I have to pay NT$2,300 — is that reasonable?
The point is, before booking I couldn't even see face photos.
And their therapists' body photos were obviously and heavily retouched.

Customer service told me they'd ask the boss.
I asked customer service: your LINE official page shows replies come from the person in charge — so aren't you the boss?
He said he's the admin; I was totally stunned...

I really feel they're using the label "hetero men" to scam gay customers.

I don't mind a lack of boundaries — you can't force that.

But if you're offering sports massage you should actually be able to massage.
Otherwise it's just a rip-off.
