Self-introduction: a lurker in the Tainan–Kaohsiung LINE community's deep corners

First, the customer service's attitude when asked and the replies in the LINE community were both good.

But the purpose of the LINE community is to discuss the therapists,
and a while ago someone reported that a therapist wasn't good.
The therapist was overly sensitive, which left me baffled.

These past few nights the argument has been heated; it seems to be a long-time fan of a male therapist,
who is aggressive toward others. Why does it feel like you can only praise this place and not give any other feedback??
They've raised a bunch of rude-speaking fans.
