A friend went to Taichung on a business trip and, after finishing work, booked a therapist at C93 for a massage to relax before heading back, but it turned out to be a bad experience...
After arriving at the entrance specified by customer service it was one bad experience after another...
1. The therapist was almost half an hour late... only showed up after contacting customer service
2. There wasn't even any music playing; the therapist seemed to pick customers and was very indifferent to my friend, constantly scrolling on his phone...
3. When the massage started, after finishing the acupressure there was no oil massage or B2B; he quickly told my friend to flip over and immediately proceeded to the functional part... After my friend finished rinsing and asked the therapist about the remaining time, they learned there were still half an hour left. My friend wanted to continue, but the therapist said he had already OOO and had other clients to take... and just like that the therapist inexplicably ended it half an hour early...
4. Reporting the incident to customer service also led to no real follow-up...
Even if the therapist stole time, that's one thing... his attitude felt unfriendly... After the massage my friend said they would never go to this place again. It feels like getting a good therapist is down to luck... I also advise everyone to think twice before going to C93
