Recently discovered that some gay spa businesses publicly post customers' LINE profile pictures, names, locations, and conversations on social media without consent! Does this count as a leak of personal data?

The likely reason is:
I asked for the therapist's photo, and because I didn't like it I ultimately didn't make a booking..
