A rather bad spa experience

Several days ago I went to a Spa I'd been to before,
and booked a new therapist,
to be honest I was partly attracted by misleading photos.
When I met him in person, I realized the photos were heavily edited,
he wasn't as bulky as in the pictures,
that would have been one thing,
but his technique was really... painfully average,
right at the start he stripped completely and touched me with his penis,
within 10 minutes he began frequently tickling me with his hands,
he didn't do proper pressure-point massage,
and the point is I don't like being tickled all over my body,
(we're not kids playing, are we?)
After a few minutes, seeing he had no intention of stopping,
I had to say directly, "I don't like being tickled, sorry."
He hurriedly apologized and continued the massage.
When it came to the oil massage,
not long after he applied oil for me,
he covered himself in oil and, pressing on me, kept rubbing his own penis,
the thing is he rubbed for a long time and it remained flaccid,
he kept pressing and rubbing his penis on me for almost half an hour,
I've never had a therapist linger this long in that part of the session,
I was really stunned (not in a good way).
Finally the session was over,
I usually give a small tip
but this time I didn't give one,
because I really didn't want to — it was awful.
