But about six months ago, customer service started being indifferent at times.

Messages often took more than half a day or even over a day to get a reply.

Sometimes they said we had to wait for the therapist to reply.

And then there would be no news for the whole day...

A while ago I asked whether I had offended him and why they were not replying.

They answered the same: you have to wait for the therapist.

And again, there was no news the entire day.

I feel really helpless and hope internal staff will see this.
