Is Yamane treating customers like fools?
Today is a typhoon holiday. Around 11:00 this morning I asked whether a certain therapist could provide service at 13:00; customer service replied that I could book for 13:30, arranged the studio and completed the reservation.
So I set out in the rain and arrived at the studio at 13:15. I opened my phone to contact customer service and saw that they had messaged around 12:45 saying they had been unable to reach the therapist and asking if I wanted to switch to another therapist.
I was really furious. I couldn't understand how they could tell me the reservation was confirmed when they hadn't been able to contact the therapist. Then they just brushed it off with a brief "sorry."
I really cannot accept this kind of attitude from a service provider.
