Gay spa customer service
Was my tone bad?
Or was I being too blunt?
Last Sunday I booked an appointment at a spa in the Da'an District
I cancelled because something came up at the last minute
Then today, Wednesday, I booked again via LINE
The customer service rep replied with an attitude that didn't feel very nice, saying "You cancelled on Sunday, and now you want to book again?"
I said I would arrive on time and not be late
Only then did customer service arrange it for me
And I completed the session
I left a LINE message thanking the therapist for the service; it was very relaxing
The customer service, being very pragmatic, sent a heart and said, "Please also help us give five stars on the review site…"
