Fu Laouer Spa on Kangding Road has new facilities. I booked for 5:00, arrived early and the appointment was changed to 6:30. It was pouring rain and I showed up on time. After calling for five minutes they finally messaged that the therapist had a family issue and had already left! There was no compensation or apology—just two words: "Good night!" I give negative five stars.
